It is an air heat exchanger that is suitable for both steam and hot water or high-temperature thermal oil for heating air. It is widely used in air heating for drying processes such as chemical industry, machinery, textile printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, metallurgy, painting, wood, and so on.

The heat exchanger is mainly composed of three rows of fork-arranged spiral finned tube bundles flowing in the air direction. The finned tube is made of φ21×2.0mm Wufeng steel pipe and wound with a 15×0.3mm corrugated steel strip. The film pitch is 5mm (D), 6mm (Z), 8mm (X). Materials are steel tube wound steel sheet and stainless
steel tube wound stainless steel sheet.

The heat sink uses a heat medium, which can be steam or hot water. The working pressure of steam is 0.3-1.0MPa, and the temperature of hot water can be about 130- 70 ℃.

The contact surface of the heat dissipation tube and the heat dissipation fin is wide and tight, the heat transfer performance is good, stable, and corrosion resistant, the appearance is beautiful, easy to install, easy to manage, and durable.
