Composition of Variable Spring Hanger:

The variable spring hanger is mainly composed of a cylindrical spiral spring, displacement indicator board, shell and elastic nut.

Variable spring support hanger according to the different installation methods, and divided into A, B, C, D, E, F, G seven types.

Type A —- upper thread suspension type
Type B —- single ear suspension type
Type C —- binaural suspension
Type D —- on adjusting shelving type
Type E—- under adjustment shelving type
Type F—- support shelving type
Type G —- parallel suspension type

Installation:

1. Type A

One end of the upper boom is connected with the root; The other end is screwed into the screw hole of the spring support hanger roof and locked with a nut. The lower end of the flower basket nut is connected with the upper end of the pipe hanger rod with threads. Rotate the flower basket nut to lift the pipe to the specified installation position, and then lock it with the nut.

2. Type B and C

The upper end of the spring support hanger is connected with the hanger rod or the hanging plate, and the other end of the hanger rod and the hanging plate is rooted on the steel beam or the floor. The others are the same as type A.

3. Type D

The spring support hanger is fixed on the steel beam or floor with bolts, the hanger rod is connected with the pipe through the hanger body, and the pipe is lifted to the specified installation position by rotating the top nut, and then locked with the nut.

4. Type E

Bolt the spring support hanger to the steel beam or floor. The others are the same as type A.

5. Type F

Bolt the spring support hanger bottom plate to the foundation, steel beam, or floor, with the top supporting the bottom of the horizontal pipe or bend. When the actual support height is different from the installation height provided by the design, the load column can be rotated for fine-tuning. Its fine-tuning is between Lmax and Lmin. Spring VS30F0 ~ 9 is ±6mm, VS30F10 ~ 24 is ±12.5mm, spring VS60F, VS90F, VS120F, VS150F, VS180F are ±25mm respectively.

6. Type G

Rotate the basket nut to tighten the hanger fixed on the steel beam or floor, adjust the hanger to the designed installation height, and then use the nut to lock the basket nut.
