The air preheater divides two-stage arrangements including the upper part of the secondary air preheater and the lower part of the primary air preheater. The air is injected into the primary air fan and secondary air fan separately. The primary and secondary air preheater is made up of φ50×2 steel tubes. The flue gas flows from top to bottom and the air scours along the horizontal direction in the tube. The secondary air is blown in the secondary air tube after two routes. Primary air is through three routes and gets into air distribution plate air chamber, rejecting fuel-air chamber and coal falling pipe of coal feeder. For easy change and maintenance, there are two sets of arrangements. The upper part has two routes and the lower part has one route. The preheating temperature of primary air and the secondary air will achieve 150ºC for free expansion at the hot condition in the tube box.
